- In your coverage, please mention
the conference by name, and refer to the meeting as the Committee
of 100 13th
Annual Conference.
- All information presented at the
conference is embargoed until the date and time of presentation.
- Press badges are required for
admission to all sessions and are not transferable.
- Audio and
video recordings of the conference, whether made by
the conference or a reporter・s
own equipment, are
protected by copyright and are not for republication
or rebroadcast without permission of the respective speaker
and the C-100.
- Copying
or reproducing any portion of a speaker・s slides is
prohibited without the speaker・s
advance written permission.
- In consideration
of all meeting attendees, cell phones and pagers should
be silenced
(in the ：off； position or
on ：vibrate；) while in session rooms; cell phone users
are requested to step out of the room prior to answering
or initiating a call.
