GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration for the Committee of 100 18th Annual conference is now open. Please note that the registration deadline is Friday, April 17, 2009. As space is limited, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
Full Registration includes all meals and sessions for the entire conference (April 30-May 02), plus admittance to the Gala Dinner.
Conference Only Registration includes all meals and sessions for the entire conference (April 30-May 02), Gala Dinner excluded.
Gala Dinner, admittance for one to the 18th Annual Conference Gala Dinner and awards ceremony taking place at Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium on April 30.
REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
We accept both mailed and faxed registration forms, the payment must accompany all registration forms and can be made by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, and American Express), company, or personal check. Checks or money orders must be in U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. banks, and payable to "COMMITTEE OF 100". Forms received without payment will not be processed.

Special registration rate is given to C-100 members, government officials, students, or non-profit organizations. To request a hard copy of a special registration rate form or the online registration link, please call the C-100 office. (closed)
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions may be made at anytime without charge. Cancellations received after April 22, 2009 are subject to a $50 fee. There is an additional $20 handling fee for all returned checks. No refunds will be given after April 27, 2009. Refunds will be issued after the Conference.
LIABILITY
The Committee of 100, its staff, Board and sponsors claim no liability for the acts of any suppliers to this conference nor for the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event, unless transportation is included as part of a special event. Planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this function without penalty. The total amount of any liability of the planners and sponsors will be limited to a refund of the registration and/or individual ticket price. Your signature acknowledges acceptance of these provisions of registration. Registrations will NOT be accepted without an authorized signature.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT COMPLIANCE
The Committee of 100 will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the special needs of all conference participants. Please attach a separate sheet indicating any special assistance you require by April 10, 2009 (e.g. wheelchair accessibility, etc.)
